Movement = Life! As a certified 3rd Generation Pilates instructor and Certified Functional Aging Specialist, I take your movement goals seriously no matter what stage of life you are in. I will analyze your fitness and functionality level and create a personal fitness plan that will help you reach your overall Fitness, Movement & Activity Goals, focusing on the reason you came to pilates in the first place.
Pilates and Functional Aging methods teach you to respect your body and to be content with where you are and what your have to start with, working within your range of motion, building up your core, strength, power, tone and flexibility gradually. We teach you to be a more aware, focused and confident self while developing the body you want in order to remain functional for life and the activities you want to do.
